March 2011: Jury awards over $4.3 million to the family of deceased Martin Marietta worker. The jury decision was unamious and found Martin Marietta 100% negligent and grossly negligent in the wrongful death of their employee. The attorneys representing the family were: David Bickham, C. David Mee and Zeb Zbranek.
